3 means three consecutive filled squares. 2 1 means a group of two, an empty gap of at least one, then a group of one. A 0 means the whole line is empty.
Compare every legal placement. Squares filled in all placements must be filled; squares used by none can be marked empty. Rows and columns share squares, so each deduction helps another line.
Mouse: left drag uses the selected drawing tool; right drag marks empty. A filled square can be cleared by clicking it again with Fill.
Touch: choose Fill, Mark Empty, or Erase, then tap or drag. Choose Pan to move the board without drawing. Zoom changes cell size; clues stay attached to the board, with sticky clue strips.
Keyboard: arrows select; Space fills or clears; X marks empty; Delete/Backspace erases. Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes; H explains a hint. All controls also work with Tab and Enter.
A check reports wrong marks but makes no changes. Crosses and filled squares are checked. Line ticks describe your current filled pattern, not hidden-answer correctness.
