In the grace of God, a gift so divine,
Salvation freely given, for your soul to find.
No merit can you bring, no deeds to repay,
For in Christ's sacrifice, we find the only way.

Sunrise Church, a beacon bright,
Guiding souls with heavenly light,

Backstory

9/17/23 In the summer of 2022, I started writing a theme song for my church, Sunrise Church in
Chapel Hill NC. I finally dropped the project about 8 months later as I couldn’t seem to finish it.
Last week’s sermon along with today’s sermon finally gave me the impetus to finish to this song.
